HOW TO SHOP ONLINE OR FROM ANY VENDOR
➊ Sign up for free and create your account. You will receive an email with your unique US delivery address.
➋ Use your new delivery address to shop at the online store of your choice or provide it to any vendor to deliver your cargo to our U.S. warehouse.
➌ Receive your shipments at your home or business in the Dominican Republic with fast delivery. We dispatch 2 to 3 containers per week.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The cost of your shipment will depend on the measurements of the item you wish to send. Please feel free to send us a photo at +1-305-636-4229 via WhatsApp to quote your merchandise. Refer to Quote on our page and submit a request.
We accept cash, checks, or major credit/debit cards. To use your credit/debit card, call us at +1-305-636 4229, and a representative will process your payment. We also send your invoice via SMS with a payment link. Cash payments can be given to drivers or an office representative in Miami, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic.
Our services are door-to-door. We offer free empty box delivery and cargo pick-up in Miami, Broward, Palm Beach, and the entire island of Puerto Rico. After processing your order, it gets logged into our driver route management system. You will receive an SMS with the date of service. On the day of service, the drivers will contact you when it is your turn, and you will receive an SMS with a live map showing the driver's location and ETA. For delivery in the DR, we will contact the consignee to coordinate the delivery once it arrives at our warehouse.

Our approximate delivery time is 12 to 15 business days.
We deliver to all areas of the Dominican Republic. There is an additional charge for far-flung regions.
Definitely! You can bring your packages to our Miami or San Juan warehouse. In addition, we provide free boxes that you can pick up and pack at our warehouses to expedite the shipment time.
Our company prohibits the following items: Shipments prohibited by US and DR law, arms, ammunition, bank bills, notes or currency, fireworks, hazardous materials, human or fetal remains, ivory, postage stamps, and more. Please call us if you have questions about your shipment and prohibited items.
