Door-to-Door Service
We offer free pick-up, customs clearance, and delivery of all cargo types directly to your door. Your cargo, big or small, including boxes, appliances, furniture, etc., from Miami or Puerto Rico to any location in the Dominican Republic. Our team will pick up your shipment at your door and deliver it to your door in the Dominican Republic.
LCL - LESS THAN CONTAINER LOAD
This type of shipping service is mainly used for commercial cargo. Your cargo will be consolidated in a container along with other customers' goods to complete a container. This form of shipping helps to reduce transportation costs. Embarque Colonial offers different options. We can provide customs clearance and delivery in the Dominican Republic, or you can do it yourself. Please contact us for details and prices on all available options.
FCL - FULL CONTAINER LOAD
With this service, you can rent a complete container. The standard container sizes are 20 feet, 40 feet, 45 feet, and 53 feet. We ship the container to your location in the United States or Puerto Rico, and then we will pick it up and deliver it to any location in the Dominican Republic. Just like the (LCL) service, you can let us do the customs clearance or do it yourself.
WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION
We offer warehousing and distribution services. We can store your products and ship them upon receipt of orders. We also send your invoice via SMS with a payment link. Cash payments can be given to drivers or an office representative in Miami, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic.
Our services are door-to-door. We offer free empty box delivery and cargo pick-up in Miami, Broward, Palm Beach, and the entire island of Puerto Rico. After processing your order, it gets logged into our driver route management system. You will receive an SMS with the date of service. On the day of service, the drivers will contact you when it is your turn, and you will receive an SMS with a live map showing the driver's location and ETA. For delivery in the DR, we will contact the consignee to coordinate the delivery once it arrives at our warehouse.

Our company prohibits the following items: Shipments prohibited by US and DR law, arms, ammunition, bank bills, notes or currency, fireworks, hazardous materials, human or fetal remains, ivory, postage stamps, and more. Please call us if you have questions about your shipment and prohibited items.
