Sign Up with Embarque Colonial
The first step in shopping online in U.S. stores is to register on our website for an account in order to obtain a Personal Suite ID# as well as an U.S. mailing address. By doing so, Embarque Colonial now provides you the freedom to shop in any U.S. stores online since majority of merchants do not ship internationally.
Select the store in the U.S. where you want to shop, choose your products, add them to the “shopping cart” and proceed to check-out.
Set up Shipment to DR
In the “Shipping Address” section, enter your U.S. shipping address provided to you when you registered with Embaque Colonial your Personal Suite ID.
As part of the process of completing an order, the store will ask you to provide the address associated to your credit card (billing address), which is usually your home address and telephone number, in your country. As a security measure, the store will then verify this information with the bank that issued your credit card. Embarque Colonial advises that you ask your credit card company or your bank company (whichever method you are choosing to pay for the item) to add your Embarque Colonial Miami address and suite number as alternate addresses. This step will prevent your order to become delayed in processing due to the merchant not being able to associate the Miami address with your provided personal information.
Indicate the method of payment you’ll be using for your purchase and enter the appropriate information. Verify that the store site has a padlock safety icon, indicating that it’s a safe and secure site for entering your credit card number.
Confirmation of Purchase
Once you are completed with your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation with your order number, item or items purchased, prices and shipping charges to your Embarque Colonial address from the merchant. Keep this Purchase Confirmation as a receipt for payment or invoice.
Immediately afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email from the merchant at the email address you provided when you registered at the store with all the specifications of your purchase. Keep this email as a receipt for payment or invoice as well.
When the store ships your order you will receive another confirmation email which often includes the tracking number that the postal service has assigned your package for the journey to your personal Embarque Colonial address in Miami.
Shipments Received at Embarque Colonial
When your package arrives at our Miami warehouse, you will receive a notification email from us, the shipment optionsto available for shipping to your home address where you wish to have your package delivered (Air Freight or Ocean), as well as the shipping cost. The rate provided will include all shipping and insurance charges, as well as custom taxes.
Shipments Transported to your Door
